Gehr Development engages in the ownership and operation of hospitality, commercial, shopping centers, industrial and multi-family residential real estate in California, New York and Florida. In the past 30 years, Gehr Development has owned and operated over 1,000 multi-family residential units and over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail space. In June 2011, Gehr Development completed its latest acquisition, a 244-room hotel, the Four Points by Sheraton, Manhattan Midtown, located in Times Square.
